For our new Plant in Amarante, near Oporto, Portugal, we are looking for an Project Coordinator
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE
- Lead projects from Customer receipt order to Customer delivery
- Ensure all your projects are delivered on time, within scope and cost
- Coordinate project team for effective and efficient project execution
- Build trust and maintain good stakeholders relationships, through all project phases
- Identify project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions
- Manage and lead scope changes in the project development
- Track project progress status & delays and provide update internally in a timely manner
- Develop and implement project management procedures and methodologies to achieve business goals
THE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
- Working experience in project management in an industrial environment and/or Project Management certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study
- Knowledge of PDP and associated tools such as Microsoft project (knowledge of Jira and Big Picture tools would be a plus)
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent French and good level of English
- PMP certification would be a plus
- Technical knowledge of Fischer Connectors products would be a plus
