Fischer Connectors, a worldwide leader in push-pull circular connectors, continues its involvement in automotive sports.

One of the teams receiving support from our company was successful early June. The Swiss racecar driver Mathéo Tuscher finished eighth in the GP3 racing at Silverstone (UK).

Fischer Connectors has always been very active in the automotive sector and car racing. In addition to the presence of many connectors like the Fischer UltiMate™ Series or the Fischer Core Series in numerous parts such like the compressor, the beam acquisition system, the push box, top box tour, water pump control or the design of full harnesses, Fischer Connectors sponsors some special projects.

The young GP3 racing driver Mathéo Tuscher from Noville, Switzerland is one of them. The extremely talented athlete is currently ranked seventh in the GP3 Series World Championships 2014. Mathéo Tuscher was able to collect world ranking point during the first three races.

During the latest GP3 race at Silverstone, Mathéo Tuscher claimed the eighth position after a difficult training session and start. ‘I had to pass car by car to come back from the 14th place’, he stated. ‘I am therefore satisfied with the eighth place and I am looking forward to do better in Hockenheim, Germany in two weeks.’
