The continuity of operations is assured despite the tightening of emergency health measures

Dear valued customers,

In order to continue serving you in the best possible conditions despite the global coronavirus crisis, Fischer Connectors’ COVID-19 Task Force is continuously assessing the state of its supply chain and operations to take possible reinforcement or stabilization measures.

These remain robust despite the, so far limited, impact of the emergency measures decided upon by the health authorities and national governments of our Swiss headquarters and our international subsidiaries on our deliveries. Nevertheless, we expect these measures to be further tightened – they are being tightened week by week, if not day by day. Should these measures impact our deliveries on your design engineering teams’ current and future projects, we assure you that you’ll be informed immediately, on a case-by-case basis with respect to your orders.

Our work teams are doing their utmost to continue to serve you in the best possible conditions. In these difficult times for everyone, you remain the primary concern of our staff, whose health and safety we protect in line with our health authorities’ directives and instructions. We’d like to take this opportunity to warmly thank all our staff for the commitment and spirit of collaboration and solidarity they demonstrate every day.

Our sales, R&D and customer service experts, some of whom are now working remotely depending on their location, remain available for technical questions and quotation requests. Contact us by e-mail via our website and we’ll respond quickly.
