As you can see we have been rethinking how you can connect with us.

The genesis
For the past few months, we have been developping new features and a simple efficient look. Our teams have been investigating what our customers across the world want from our website.
How we listened to you
From these investigations, we have created a persona (a fictional customer we named Jeff Scott) for whom we have developed requirements and created a useful platform to find all the information he requires as our customer.
