Sponsoring shared values: PolySports with EPFL & UNIL

Fischer Connectors is a proud sponsor of PolySports, a friendly sports tournament between EPFL and UNIL students, which will include the Fischer Connectors Ultimate Cup.

 

Fischer Connectors is the latest sponsor of PolySports, the multi-sport competition between students at the University of Lausanne (UNIL) and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL). The 7th edition of the tournament will start 23 February with the winter sports, and will last through 23 May with the official closing ceremony. This edition is extra special, as EPFL will celebrate its “golden” anniversary after 50 years as a federal institute of technology.

The friendly intra-collegiate sporting event is the perfect embodiment of several of our company values. While we are not providing connectivity solutions and expertise, we are helping spread and share ideals that are core to our corporate culture, including:

Flying high with the Fischer Connectors Ultimate Cup

 

We are especially thrilled that one of the 20 sporting events – the ultimate frisbee competition – will be named for us as part of our sponsorship. The Fischer Connectors Ultimate Cup will take place this spring, with teams of young men and women working together on the frisbee pitch to win the gold medal.

 

Ultimate Frisbee is a team sport that is inclusive, dynamic and accessible to everyone, making it the perfect event to represent Fischer Connectors. Let the games begin!
