For our new Plant in Amarante, near Oporto, Portugal, we are looking for a Global Planner.

 

The Global Planner’s mission is to evaluate and validate customer orders for all products manufactured or purchased by Conextivity group production units in order to meet customer needs while ensuring efficient and cost-effective use of resources. The evaluation must take into account customer expectations, forecasted demand, priorities, and the various production strategies applicable at Conextivity.

The Global Planner’s main function is to release sales order documents in the ERP and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the proper execution of production allocation and product transfer, providing visibility to factories on priorities and potential risks, with clear actions to be taken.

 

 

THE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRING:

  • Logistics/supply chain engineer or equivalent;
  • Excellent knowledge of an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, JD Edwards). SAP is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook);
  • Fluent in English (mandatory);
  • Ability to work and communicate in a multicultural and multifunctional environment;
  • Proactive, pragmatic, organized, accurate, solution- and customer-oriented;
  • Able to work quickly, with conflicting priorities and under pressure.
