Fischer Connectors continues to invest in its manufacturing and supply chain leadership

Olivier Dalicieux joins Conextivity Group as Chief Manufacturing & Supply Chain Officer, as the Group continues to grow and expand the solutions it offers its customers.

Fischer Connectors, part of Conextivity Group, is pleased to share that Olivier Dalicieux has joined the Group as Chief Manufacturing & Supply Chain Officer (CMSCO). Reporting to Chief Operating Officer Jean-Michel Puiatti, Dalicieux took up his role in August 2026.

As demand for our solutions keeps growing, this appointment reflects our continued commitment to scaling our operations while maintaining the quality and reliability that customers associate with Fischer Connectors.

A leader shaped by demanding industrial environments

Olivier Dalicieux brings more than 25 years of international experience in industry, spanning high-volume production and low-volume, high-technology precision assembly, combined with deep expertise in Lean methodologies and supply chain management.

Most recently, he served as Vice President Operations within the Atlas Copco group (brands Desoutter and Chicago Pneumatic), leading several manufacturing sites across Europe and Asia with a particular focus on supply chain resilience and digitalization. Earlier in his career, he held production and supply chain leadership roles at Faurecia and FagorBrandt, and managed the Viana do Castelo manufacturing site in Portugal, a country in which the Group is now expanding its industrial capacity.
