Dear valued customers,

As you’re aware, we’re now well into the second wave of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic in Switzerland as in many other countries around the world. Fischer Connectors continues to monitor the situation on a daily basis and assess its potentially adverse impact on our supply chain and operations. We’re relieved to announce that the continuity of our operations is still assured and our supply chain remains robust. We’ll continue serving you to the very best of our abilities.

Our COVID-19 task force continues to take the appropriate preventive actions and measures to protect the health and safety of our employees and visitors worldwide, in line with the official recommendations and guidelines of their national health authorities and the World Health Organization. The lessons learned from the first wave of the pandemic this spring, on both a human and a business level, have given us a better understanding of the virus and how to best protect people and our business.

The task force is also proactively managing the business continuity of our supply chain and operations as the situation changes. Based on the latest checks on our global supply chain, and on information provided by our suppliers, we can confirm that the pandemic has not had an adverse impact on our current and near-future manufacturing operations, supply chain or deliveries. We are, nevertheless, fully aware that no company will ever be immune to emergency health measures or other governmental decisions to restrict or shut down business.

Our work teams are doing their utmost to continue to serve you in the best possible conditions. Should the situation change and impact our deliveries or service to our customers, we’ll reassess the situation to prevent any supply chain disruption and will inform you as quickly as possible.

As the holiday season approaches, we’d like to share our cautious optimism for our shared business success. We reiterate our thanks to you for placing your trust in us, and to all our staff for the commitment and spirit of collaboration and solidarity they demonstrate every day.

Our sales, R&D and customer service experts are available for technical questions and quotation requests. Contact us by e-mail via our website and we’ll respond quickly.
