Receptionist

Saint-Prex, Switzerland

For our site in Saint-Prex (VD), we are looking for a

 

Receptionist (100%)

 

to manage all activities related to the front desk, providing quality service to internal and external customers. You will also provide administrative support to the HR team for time management, absences and business travel.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE

 

Reception

  • Managing external and internal phone calls
  • Reception and management of visitors, customers and suppliers
  • Postal mail management
  • Handling of emails sent to the company
  • Badge management and user training
  • Management of the office supplies

 

HR Administrative Support

  • Time management support (time and attendance corrections, SAP entries)
  • Business travel arrangements
  • Documents and SAP follow-up of illnesses/accidents/absences/vacations


THE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRING

  • Commercial CFC (apprenticeship) or equivalent
  • Previous experience in managing front desk
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of SAP an asset

 

WHAT WILL PUT YOU AHEAD

  • Fluent in French and English (minimum C1 level required), German an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service mindset and autonomous
  • Ability to multitask and handle priorities
