R&D Senior Signal Integrity Engineer

For our R&D Department in Saint-Prex, we are looking for an R&D Senior Signal Integrity Engineer to drive product development, overseeing all aspects with end-to-end ownership throughout the design life cycle, from concept to production release, including design, implementation, testing, certification, and manufacturing. As Senior Engineer, you will provide technical support and expertise within a multidisciplinary engineering team to determine requirements for new Signal Integrity designs, develop and deliver cost competitive connectivity design solution on time, budget and quality.




  • Act as the product expert and technical solution lead related to connectivity solutions within the Group and with the customers in the context of Signal Integrity (research institutions, customers, external partners)
  • Optimize & improve EM wave propagation numerical simulation software and laboratory tools such as VNA and Spectrum analyser
  • Capture, understand, and share the existing technology knowledge, identify where current technology can be improved
  • Participate to the improvement of existing products by providing technical advice, recommendations, and methodology for problem-solving (i.e. know-how/tools/methods)
  • As senior member, bring required competences to the team to drive innovation & inspire future trends
  • Drive the implementation of the Product development processes (PDP), improving the actual one from the initial phase to the implementation in production, following the best practices from the industry in the Signal integrity application.
  • Work closely with electronic, mechanical design, and manufacturing teams to provide product design, validation, and verification




  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years of signal integrity engineering role, industrial experience is a must
  • Solid theoretical and practical understanding of electromagnetic and transmission line
  • Knowledge of both digital and analog design
  • Hands on experience with design, characterization, and validation of interconnects (SPE, USB, HDMI, PCI, Display port, …) using both experimental tools (VNAs, TDR, High speed Oscilloscopes, etc) and numerical modelling (CST, Comsol, HFSS, etc)
  • Capability of a programming language (Python, Matlab, etc)
  • Good knowledge of schematic circuit design, RF design and the implementation in Altium designer (high-speed PCB design)
  • EMC/EMI engineering experience is a plus
  • Experience with connector & cable, cable assembly design and/or RF antenna, RF sub-system
