For our Group Marketing Department, we are looking for a :

 

Field Marketing Manager

 

in charge of the group demand generation plan through on-site, face-to-face interaction with customers, ensuring the implementation of the global marketing strategy in the field, with the aim of guaranteeing a tailor-made customer experience by region, market and type of solution.


WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE

Leading a team of 3 people, define and implement effective region-specific marketing plans to support the group sales strategy in coordination with the head office. This includes:

 

  • Shape and deliver the company’s presence at nearly 50 trade shows annually, in the US, Europe and Asia to ensure an effective generation of sales opportunities
  • Design trade shows key messaging, ensuring a tailored approach by industry and region and an effective professional image
  • Plan and execute regional events, trade shows and conferences (i.e. vendors briefings, booking space, assets management, logistics, updating websites), being accountable for the field marketing budget and representing the company at such events (>40% travels required)
  • Support the sales team attending the shows and provide marketing analytics and lead tracking
  • Communicate often with the regional General Managers and sales leaders to understand the evolving markets and customer requirements

 

THE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRING

  • 10+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in B2B, and project management
  • People Management experience
  • Proven work experience in organising events
  • Creative and detail-oriented about designing effective trade show communications (demos, videos, hand-on experiences) and supporting sales representatives at trade shows
  • At ease to work with B2B sales representatives to build effective customer engagement approaches

 

WHAT WILL PUT YOU AHEAD

  • Proficiency in English and French. Additional languages are an asset
  • Ability to travel globally about 40% to attend international trade shows and marketing events
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to deal with multiple projects, adhering to strict deadlines
  • Outstanding team player, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
